Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood. It starts around the age of 10 and ends around the age of 21. According to Kulhen, “Adolescence may be defined as the transition period between childhood and adulthood.” Since there are many rapid biological, physical, and psychological changes during adolescence, adolescents may feel confused and go through an identity crisis.
