The imagination, creativity, curiosity, and alertness of a child’s mind are greatly emphasized by Rabindranath Tagore. Tagore believed that along with the development of the mind, children should also develop physically. So there is an integral part of physical training and education in Shantiniketan. Rabindranath Tagore put some stress upon the child education in which children should enhance their creative thinking along with reasoning and aptitude skills. In his theory, the child should be able to imagine as well as be creative to nurture the mind for better education.
